Lord’s Day Setup Instructions

Upstairs:

  • Check Bathrooms for toilet paper and paper towels. Restock, if needed. Extras are in the grey cabinets.

In Faustina Basement:

  • Gather from the grey storage cabinets behind the stage:

    • Dinner Plates

    • Bowls

    • Dessert Plates

    • Silverware 

    • Napkins

    • Metal drink bin & any leftover drinks

    • the roll of plastic table cloth (it’s in a long cardboard box, scissors should be in LD bin) 

  • Set up Serving Tables 

    • Food: Place 2 long tables at the far side of the room, near the kitchen, for serving. 

      • Cover in plastic tablecloth.

      • Set out

        • Dinner Plates

        • Bowls

        • Dessert Plates

        • Silverware 

        • Napkins

    • Drinks: Place one long table along the side wall for drinks, 

      • Place metal drink bin and any leftover drinks on it.

      • Hospitality lead will bring ice for drink bin

  • Setup eating tables and chairs

    • Cover tables with tablecloth

    • Pull out the following items from the HRCC Lord’s Day Box and place them on each table

      • Candle

      • Lighter

      • Wine opener

      • LD Prayer Sheet (use the ones with “In Your Light” song on the back)

      • Clear wine cups

  • Hospitality Team will bring bread and wine. Distribute wine and bread among the tables

  • General to-dos

  • Make sure there are at least 2 trash cans with bags in them (extra found in grey cabinets).

  • Go Greet:

  • When setup is complete, your WHOLE TEAM should move up to the auditorium and side doors to greet, welcome, and help direct members downstairs. 

  • At 6:35pm LOCK THE DOOR, per our Security and Safety Plan.
