Lord’s Day Clean up Instructions

In Faustina Entryway / Auditorium:

  • In Auditorium:

  • Look for lost and found items- place in the sound storage closet

  • Gather and trash

  • Check bathroom:

  •  empty trash if it is full,

  •  restock toilet paper if needed

In Faustina Basement:

  • Serving Tables:

  • Clean up Serving Tables and make sure everyone collects their serving supplies and dishes.

  • Collect plates, napkins, hand sanitizers, etc  and return them to the HRCC Hospitality Box. 

  • Collect leftover drinks and  place them in the stage storage area– EXTRA WINE MUST BE LOCKED IN SOUND STORAGE UPSTAIRS! EXTRA BEER MUST BE LOCKED IN FRIDGE DOWNSTAIRS.

  • Dinner Tables:

  • Collect LD supplies and return them to the Lord’s Day Box.

  • Gather tablecloths and trash

  • Wipe down tables with clorox wipes 

  • General To Dos:

  • Clean up all the trash that you can find and any food or spills on the floor.

  • Sweep the entire floor.

  • Return all supplies to the storage closet behind the stage

  • Once all the clean up is finished, remove the trash bags, take them to the dumpster 

  • Small Group Leader: Take note of what supplies need to be restocked in the cabinets. Communicate needs with Carla or Alyson.

  • Supplies needed in HRCC Hospitality Box:

    • Dinner Plates (around 200)

    • Bowls 

    • Dessert Plates

    • Silverware

    • Hand sanitizer

    • Cleaning spray

    • Roll of paper towels

    • Roll of trash bags

    • Nametags

    • Pens
