HRCC Bylaw Review
Review objective:
To work within the framework of our existing bylaws to make the necessary changes, with the support of the body, to confidently move forward with a long-term plan for the leadership structure of the community.
Greetings brothers and sisters.
The bylaw review committee is holding a listening session on Saturday, June 29 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM in the Faustina Sanctuary. The listening session will be an opportunity for the Covenant Body to charitably share concerns specific to the coordinator language within the bylaws.
The areas related to long-term leadership, within the current HRCC Statutes and Bylaws, have been highlighted and can be downloaded here.
If you are unable to attend the listening session or would rather submit your concerns electronically, you can do so through the form below (or by email).
If you wish to submit your concerns electronically, we request that you provide some basic information:
Your name and email address so we can follow up with you if additional context is needed.
The specific section you referring to within the bylaws (i.e. Section 5 > b > ii > 1 > a)
A brief explanation of why the language troubles you.
Help us understand just how significant this issue is to you.
If there are multiple sections you would like the review committee to consider, please submit the form below as many times as needed. If it’s easier for you to send a separate email, you are also welcome to email Michael Paoletti. Please be sure to include the same context the form provides.
We also plan to provide a way to join the listening session virtually. Info to follow.
We kindly request that you RSVP to the listening session so we can plan accordingly.
